Bryan Raydon

Hi, I’m Bryan Raydon. For more than 35 years I’ve been immersed in nearly every facet of the real estate world — from resort development and brokerage to vacation rentals, property management, and building homes from the ground up. After over a decade as a project manager with a premier resort developer, I launched my own firm, which grew into a full-service brokerage and development company that I successfully sold. Throughout my career, I’ve managed and closed millions of dollars in transactions as a licensed broker in both California and Nevada.

But beyond the business side, real estate for me has always been about place and lifestyle. I’ve spent my life in resort communities — from Colorado to Lake Tahoe and now here in El Pescadero. I know firsthand how transformative it is to live where natural beauty, culture, and community come together. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others find, build, or create their own dream here in Todos Santos and beyond.

In 2018, I purchased a lot in San Pedrito and over two phases, built my own home and two casitas. That personal journey gave me invaluable insight into the local process, the challenges, and the rewards of creating a life here.
